Affordable Payment Plans

We provide a $25 offer that includes a comprehensive oral exam, digital X-rays, and a treatment plan for patients without insurance. We offer affordable payment plans through CareCredit and Wells Fargo Financing.

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider to make sure your coverage meets your needs and your budget.

Prophy Plan:

Absence of Gum Disease – 250$ 

• Comprehensive or periodic oral examination (2 per 12 months)

• Full Mouth Series or Bite Wings X-Rays (If or when due)

• Routine Dental Cleaning-Prophylaxis (2 per 12 months)

• Topical Fluoride Varnish (2 per 12 months)

• Limited Exam with 1 X-Ray (1 per 12 months)

• 10% of Basic & Major Dental Procedures During the 12 months

Perio Plan:

Periodontal Maintenance After Deep Cleaning - 425$

• Comprehensive or periodic oral examination (2 per 12 months)
